This is the first part of the tutorial for the light blue top of Rinoa Heartilly outfit by Monty Oum
Hope that the main lines are clear, but feel free to ask.
I choosed chiffon and latex for this costume, I think that chiffon was the best fabric in this case, 'cause is very light and looking fresh and fluttering.
Now, I've to buy something like transparent braces and poppers to continue to work and start with the second and last part^^
