The green ring is very colorful and is causing your eyes to move directly to it to see what it is. This is kind of distracting for the viewer. You may have wanted to position your hand so we could see the green ring better. I would have also possibly suggested that you to move the hand more towards the center of the leg.
The horizon line is a bit high (in my opinion) and should have been a bit lower on the dress. It seems that it is dividing you perfectly in half which you don't want. This would of also made you look much taller in the shot. It seems it was later in the day with an overcast. I would have wanted to see a more blue sky and sun possibly. The shadows are hiding the cosplay a bit too much with the sandy background. We always want to see the cosplayer 'shine' in all the shots.
Overall however, it is a wonderful shot and shows a passion in both the cosplayer and photographer for a shot that make you feel and not just see.
